Olivier Kaempfer

Parkville Pictures was created in 2007 by BAFTA-nominated film producer and director Olivier Kaempfer. A Dutch national educated in London, New York, Paris and Edinburgh, Olivier is a graduate of the London Film School and has previous experience of working in both the British and Italian film industries.
Olivier is also an alumnus of the prestigious Berlinale Talent Campus 2009 (please click here to view his Talent Campus profile), which runs alongside the Berlin International Film Festival, and in 2010 Olivier was one of six producers selected from across Europe for The Bureau Film Company’s “Save Our Scripts” (SOS) scheme. The SOS programme is supported by the MEDIA Investment Programme and Skillset’s Film Skills Fund, with the aim of nurturing new talent and developing innovative and distinctive screenplays.
Fluent in five languages, Olivier has produced and directed films in a variety of countries and languages, and his extensive filmography includes credits as a producer, director, writer and editor.

Cecilia Frugiuele
Producer/Director
Born and raised in Milan, Cecilia moved to London in 2004 to study film and throughout the course of her studies gained experience in production working on both short films and features. She has been collaborating with Parkville Pictures since 2007 while also developing an ongoing relationship with the National Film and Television School for which she has produced several projects.
Since 2009 Cecilia has produced three short films in just over a year, one of which (“Ailema”) she also wrote and directed.
After being Associate Producer on Parkville Pictures feature “Borrowed Time” (BBC Films/Film London) she produced “Rufus Stone” a 30 minutes short film by Josh Appignanesi (“The Infidel”, “ Song of Songs). Cecilia is now developing a further slate of both short and feature projects.
